Teodora came from theatre lighting, which is why a Prim Miami room changes three times in an evening and nobody can quite say how.
She designs every light plot in the studio — arrival warm and low, dinner on pinspots, after-dinner abrupt and coloured — and argues, persuasively, that a three-cue plot beats a second tier of florals on every budget she has ever seen.
She also leads the corporate side of the studio, where her first rule is that the message lives in the material rather than the messaging. No projectors, no step-and-repeat.
