Prim Miami LLC ("Prim Miami", "we", "us") is an event design and production studio based at 140 NE 39th Street, Suite 12, Miami, FL 33137. This policy explains what personal information we collect through primmiami.com and how we use it.

2. Information we collect

When you submit a reservation or contact form we collect the details you provide: name, email address, telephone number, event date, event type, guest count, venue or city, budget range and any message. We also collect basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages viewed.

3. How we use your information

We use your details to respond to your inquiry, check date availability, prepare proposals, deliver contracted services, send invoices and — only with your consent — share occasional studio news. We do not sell personal information.

4. Sharing with vendors

Delivering an event requires sharing limited information with venues, caterers, florists, rental partners and other suppliers engaged for your event. We share only what is necessary and require confidentiality from our partners.

5. Cookies and analytics

This site uses essential cookies and privacy-respecting analytics to understand traffic. You may block cookies in your browser; core pages and forms will continue to work.

6. Retention and security

Inquiry records are kept for up to twenty-four months, and contracted client records for seven years as required for tax and legal purposes. Data is stored on access-controlled, encrypted services.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and may withdraw marketing consent at any time. Email hello@primmiami.com and we will respond within thirty days.

8. Photography

We may photograph completed events for portfolio and press use. Clients may opt out, or request anonymised usage, in writing before the event date.
